What you will do

• Define and influence the execution of a target-state, AI-native architecture supporting core services and AI Agentic behaviors.
• Establish global standards for architectural consistency and platform component reuse.
• Oversee the design of complex AI systems, data engineering, and governance controls.
• Lead, scale, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects to foster engineering excellence.
• Define governance mechanisms for platform and infrastructure security to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as a strategic decision-maker for technical trade-offs and new technology integrations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying distributed, cloud-native architectures, specifically on AWS.
• Experience building AI-native products and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to gain executive buy-in for large-scale technical shifts.
• Experience leading architectural digital transformations in rapidly growing environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
