What you will do

• Provide coaching to business units in talent and career development, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and manager coaching.
• Leverage people data to diagnose issues, recommend actions, and measure outcomes for supported teams.
• Attend business team status meetings to stay abreast of project changes and their impact on people and the business.
• Lead and support change management initiatives and acquisition integration as needed.
• Partner with business leaders to build plans, projects, and trainings in collaboration with other HR teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of HR Generalist and HRBP experience, including partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience exceeding and delivering results in a complex global fast-paced organization.
• Expertise in navigating ambiguous situations with high autonomy.
• Practical experience using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives.
• Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in a virtual environment.
