What you will do

• Independently source and develop high-impact partnership opportunities aligned with GTM strategy.
• Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships from opportunity identification to growth planning.
• Act as both a hunter and farmer, driving new revenue opportunities and cultivating long-term partner success.
• Lead contracting processes in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Be accountable for achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or consumer wellness.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue.
• Strong negotiation and contracting experience.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ARR and retention goals.
• Comfort navigating cross-functional environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in the digital health, employee benefits, or health-tech industry.
• Technical aptitude to understand and articulate digital health solutions.
