Location: Remote position, but requires being based in Palo Alto, USA.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage strong global partnerships with technology and commercial corporations to maximize outcomes for founders.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-value partnership opportunities alongside revenue targets.
  • Explore and develop specific initiatives with sponsors and partners to diversify and expand partnership impact.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, ensuring outcomes meet agreed goals and contribute to value creation.
  • Lead the rollout of partnership initiatives, including planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting of events and activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support international delegations to promote firm interests and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Strong track record of negotiating and closing high-value partnerships, with revenue impact.
  • Knowledge of VC/startup/corporate dynamics and experience working across global markets.
  • Excellent communication (written, spoken, presentation), relationship-building, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in event execution and delegation management.
