TL;DR

Growth Manager (PropTech): Managing the cross-sell lifecycle for an existing client base of a PropTech product, driving expansion opportunities and closing deals. Focus on expert-level demonstrations, strategic account prioritization, and acting as a feedback loop for the product team.

Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH) in Manchester, UK. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission (realistic first year OTE £55,000).

What you will do

  • Take command of the cross-sell lifecycle within the existing elite client base.
  • Manage a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct expert-level demonstrations of the Spectre suite, tailoring pitches to client pain points.
  • Prioritise high-value accounts for strategic expansion campaigns.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers as a "Sales Specialist".
  • Act as a feedback loop for the product team to help shape the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a SaaS sales role (SDR, AE, or Account Management with a heavy sales focus).
  • Ability to sell solutions, showing clients how a product impacts their bottom line.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak the language of Estate Agents and understand their challenges.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.

  • Experience in PropTech or Estate Agency.
