Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH) in Manchester, UK. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission (realistic first year OTE £55,000).

What you will do
- Take command of the cross-sell lifecycle within the existing elite client base.
- Manage a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Conduct expert-level demonstrations of the Spectre suite, tailoring pitches to client pain points.
- Prioritise high-value accounts for strategic expansion campaigns.
- Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers as a "Sales Specialist".
- Act as a feedback loop for the product team to help shape the roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a SaaS sales role (SDR, AE, or Account Management with a heavy sales focus).
- Ability to sell solutions, showing clients how a product impacts their bottom line.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to speak the language of Estate Agents and understand their challenges.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
