TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Offensive Security): Identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for the sales team with an accent on managing outbound campaigns and inbound lead flow. Focus on qualifying and identifying critical decision makers and positioning the hirify.global value proposition for Pentest as a Service.

Location: Remote, candidates must be physically located in the state of Texas.

Salary: $40,656 - $60,984 per year + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Perform high volume prospecting and lead qualification through outbound phone calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Execute creative and personalized outbound prospecting within target accounts.
  • Leverage tools including SalesForce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics.
  • Gain business knowledge by researching potential pain points and decision-making structures of target prospects.
  • Align closely with Account Executives on pipeline organization and ongoing prospecting and nurture strategies.
