What you will do
- Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities and nurturing early-stage leads.
- Gain interest through outbound cold calling into existing customers and net new accounts within assigned territory.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and source new pipeline by researching lines of business and personas.
- Identify key decision makers and create a positive first impression for prospects and customers.
- Maintain active engagement with customers through creative follow-up communications.
- Achieve monthly quotas for sourced qualified opportunities and maintain prospect information in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Experience with researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent quota attainment.
- Strong desire to work in technology sales and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication, listening, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Familiarity with Software/Cybersecurity.
