Manager, Customer Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading and mentoring a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals for small to midsize businesses with an accent on sales strategies, coaching, and pipeline growth. Focus on forecasting accuracy, collaboration with internal teams, and becoming an expert in hirify.global products within the cybersecurity industry.

Location: Hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA (USA), requiring at least one day per week in the office. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $74,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
  • Coach representatives on sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Forecast accurately to management.
  • Work with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline and increase close rates.
  • Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and the Channel Team to devise and execute account strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity, selling to a technical audience such as IT, Security, or Engineers.
  • 1+ years of front-line sales management experience with a history of meeting/exceeding quota.
  • Experience working with channel sales, presales/post sales, and supporting departments.
  • Track record of hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.
  • Work authorization for the U.S. is required.
