What you will do

• Lead global deployment, installation, and expansion of AV event, collaboration, and presentation spaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, standardize, set up, test, configure, automate, and optimize AV deployments.
• Lead AV engineering efforts and guide the evolution of designs based on hirify.global's expanding requirements.
• Continuously innovate to improve user experience and maintain reliability of AV systems.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them through appropriate channels.
• Create documentation for support and configuration of all AV systems.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with commissioning large-scale office build projects globally and event production.
• Knowledge of event production and conferencing technology (Neat, Zoom, Logitech, Yamaha, Blackmagic ATEM, Panasonic, Stratos, Vizirt, Ustream, Crestron, Symmetrix, Biamp, Dante, Chromebox for Meetings).
• Working knowledge of presentation and simple media editing software (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Premiere).
• Experience with network hardware, configurations, and solid knowledge of networking terms, models, and protocols.
• Ability to read, produce, and edit AV schematic drawings using CAD Software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with prior experience in a fast-paced environment and project management software.
