What you will do
- Define and expand a global channel strategy aligned with growth objectives and cloud ERP leadership vision.
- Drive revenue growth exclusively through the partner ecosystem, balancing short-term pipeline with long-term channel sustainability.
- Lead the evolution of the Partner Program, strengthening global recruitment, onboarding, and certification pathways.
- Work with product leadership to ensure product strategy aligns with partner needs and competitive trends.
- Design and execute world-class education and training offerings for hirify.global and customers.
- Serve as the executive liaison for top global partners and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 15+ years of proven leadership skills as a sales / business development executive within a complex professional services firm.
- Demonstrated track record of building businesses and increasing revenues to meet company goals.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant degree preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with domestic and international customers.
- Ability to establish great rapport with people and a track record working with partners.
