What you will do
- Develop and implement centralized distributor marketing campaigns to boost sell-out and engagement.
- Design and deploy scalable, replicable marketing toolkits and campaign resources for distribution partners.
- Lead tailored co-marketing programs with GSI and specialist resellers, adapting approaches to their specific business models.
- Collaborate with reseller marketing teams to develop joint messaging, audience segmentation, and high-impact activation plans.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for distributor and GSI partner leadership, fostering trust and strategic alignment.
- Define clear KPIs and success metrics, then monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign outcomes for ongoing optimisation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel, distribution, or partner marketing roles, with proven success in designing and scaling integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner go-to-market strategies, and collaborative marketing best practices.
- Proficient in analysing campaign data, measuring ROI, and optimizing marketing budgets for maximum results.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across diverse teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Advanced project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution development capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global or matrixed technology organisation.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo).
- Previous exposure to partner-led marketing models, especially specialist reseller or GSI frameworks.
- Additional fluency in Dutch or Polish.
