Senior Retention Marketeer: Developing and executing data-driven retention strategies to increase Customer Lifetime Value and reduce churn with an accent on personalized customer journeys and campaign optimization. Location: Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and legally eligible to work there. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup between home and the Amsterdam office.

What you will do
- Translate ’s company strategy into a clear retention vision and roadmap for churn reduction and lifetime value growth.
- Develop and execute data-driven retention initiatives, from ideation to implementation, optimizing personalized customer journeys and campaigns.
- Apply a test-learn-accelerate mindset by experimenting with new retention tactics and continuously improving performance.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, CX, Proposition, Product, Growth, and Data Analytics teams to align priorities and maximize impact.
- Guide and challenge the retention team by providing direction, structure, and clarity on goals.
- Manage stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment, focus, and execution power.
Requirements
- 10+ years of working experience, with 8+ years of experience in retention marketing within energy or telecom.
- Strong experience creating retention strategies and translating them into hands-on initiatives such as churn reduction, segmentation, and personalized campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience working on churn models, performance insights, and experimentation.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Must be based in the Netherlands and legally eligible to work there.
