What you will do
- Run and optimize LinkedIn campaigns, from audience targeting and creative testing to reporting and insight sharing.
- Manage HubSpot, including workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign automation.
- Optimize the hirify.global website, improve UX, SEO, and conversion through data-driven experiments.
- Collaborate with brand and content to connect storytelling with measurable outcomes.
- Track and report results, build reporting that make performance visible and actionable.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate, balancing short-term wins with long-term brand growth.
Requirements
- You have around 5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
- You’re analytical and structured, comfortable interpreting data and translating it into clear actions.
- You know your way around LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and basic SEO/SEM principles.
- You’re driven by impact, you want your skills to help build something meaningful.
- You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.
- You're available full-time (40 hours per week).
- You’re willing to work 3 days from our office.
