Location: Remote in Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina

What you will do
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper governance, data security, and compliance.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Perform data management tasks such as data imports, deduplication, data quality checks, and building advanced reports & dashboards for business insights.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure stable and efficient Salesforce operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support ongoing enhancements and participate in monthly release cycles, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets).
- Experience creating complex reports and dashboards.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin / Advanced Admin).
- Experience with additional Salesforce products or integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps or release management tools (Gearset, Copado).
- Understanding of Apex or LWC for basic troubleshooting.
