What you will do

• Manage and enhance the Salesforce.com platform, including latest updates and advanced report design.
• Handle complex, high-priority Salesforce projects and provide technical troubleshooting for difficult issues.
• Oversee integrations with third-party applications and implement new functionality.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, service, and operations teams to align CRM capabilities.
• Provide best practices, ideas, and alternative solutions for Salesforce administration processes.
• Perform sandbox refreshes and ensure overall system health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM application administration.
• 5+ years of experience in operational support using Salesforce.com.
• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, service, or support role.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines to support the hybrid work model.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
