What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex epics and major enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Serve as technical SME for assigned areas, owning and continuously improving the codebase.
• Design scalable, resilient solutions and produce supporting technical documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to elevate the team's technical maturity.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Stakeholders in build design sessions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automation, CI/CD, and adherence to engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• 5-8 years of development experience using APEX, LWC, Flows, and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.
• Experience delivering features for enterprise-scale applications in a structured Agile environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines without employer sponsorship.
• English: B2 level proficiency.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein, AgentForce).
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Bamboo, and Git-based workflows.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
