TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland or Spain)

What you will do
- Own and govern Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, layouts, and reporting dashboards.
- Maintain security settings, including user roles, permissions, and field-level security.
- Design and implement declarative automation architecture using Flows and assignment rules to ensure scalability.
- Manage mass data imports, exports, and perform audits to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives across admins, developers, and testers.
- Mentor team members and optimize existing builds to reduce technical debt and improve org efficiency.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with data manipulation tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Inspector.
- Strong knowledge of relational database design and data management concepts.
- Experience working with international teams within an Agile methodology.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Must have the legal right to work in Poland or Spain (no visa sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Certifications as Agentforce Specialist or Data Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with API integrations, Apex development, or Salesforce org migrations.
- Familiarity with HubSpot in a mixed-CRM environment.
- Advanced expertise in creating high-level reporting and dashboards for leadership.
