TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Sales Cloud solutions supporting lead-to-cash and opportunity management processes.
  • Design custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet revenue requirements.
  • Build secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and external CRM, ERP, and finance platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
  • Automate sales workflows using Flows and Apex, ensuring performance and governor limit compliance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate sales strategies into effective technical solutions.
  • Manage DevOps and deployment activities using Git, Copado, Gearset, and Salesforce DX.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
  • Experience building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
  • Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, or Chile.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Administrator, or App Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or advanced pricing and quoting solutions.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, or enterprise transformation projects.
