TL;DR

Internal Mobility Specialist (Recruiting): Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate internal career progression with an accent on assessing applicants, identifying opportunities, and guiding hiring decisions. Focus on developing new processes and ensuring compliance in internal applicant management.

Location: 100% onsite in Bastrop, TX. Relocation will be required if not already local to the area. Must conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR), requiring U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency.

What you will do

• Independently assess internal applicants against job requirements.
• Develop accurate job postings and descriptions.
• Evaluate skills and identify other internal opportunities for candidates.
• Lead interview debriefs and counsel hiring managers on hiring decisions.
• Analyze and package interview feedback constructively for internal candidates.
• Create new processes to bridge gaps between recruiting and HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Bastrop, TX.
• Relocation required if not already local to Bastrop, TX.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, Refugee, or Asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or in a sourcing capacity.
• Experience interfacing and communicating with mid-to-executive level leadership.
• Experience with Jira or Greenhouse (applicant tracking system).
• Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
