- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for corporate non-technical openings.
- Partner with functional leaders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
- Provide a stellar, transparent, and timely candidate experience.
- Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various sourcing strategies.
- Continuously strengthen the hirify.global employer brand and hiring process.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience working at a fast-growing startup.
- Enjoy all parts of the hiring process with end-to-end ownership.
- Deep passion for building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of early-stage startups and willing to hustle.
- Track record of exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing quality.
- Data, systems & process oriented with expertise in leading TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime).
- Personally connected to hirify.global’s mission.
