TL;DR

Senior Technical Recruiter (Security & Privacy): Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized technical roles in Security & Privacy and Corporate Engineering with an accent on defining hiring strategies, engaging passive candidates, and managing the entire search process. Focus on partnering with senior technical stakeholders, leveraging data for pipeline health, and ensuring an equitable candidate experience.

Location: This role is based in our New York, NY; Menlo Park, CA; or Chicago, IL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $128,000–$150,000 USD (Base pay for Zone 1: Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC).

What you will do

  • Partner with Security, Privacy, and Corporate Engineering leaders to define role scope and interview plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates in security engineering, application security, privacy engineering, and governance.
  • Use recruiting data to track pipeline health, time to fill, and offer outcomes.
  • Ensure a consistent and equitable candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including hiring for Security, Privacy, or related engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring for highly specialized technical skill sets like cloud security, product security, security operations, or privacy engineering.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior technical stakeholders on hiring decisions.
  • Proven ability to build and convert passive candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
  • Must be based in the New York, NY, Menlo Park, CA, or Chicago, IL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
