What you will do

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for campus, university, and early career programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target universities and educational institutions.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and program requirements.
  • Enhance the candidate experience for early career applicants.
  • Utilize AI tools as part of the recruitment process, while ensuring human decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in campus, university, or early careers recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
