TL;DR

Sales Specialist - Account Growth: Building relationships and driving monetization of the hirify.global platform with an accent on educating Partners and optimizing marketplace content. Focus on understanding customer needs through consultative sales techniques and converting Partners to hirify.global’s payment solutions.

Location: On-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Requires working from the office five days per week.

What you will do

  • Meet key performance indicators on monetization and revenue growth by educating Partners.
  • Proactively introduce, educate, and convert Partners to hirify.global’s payments solution.
  • Optimise listing content and availability on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
  • Act as a dedicated advisor for Partner accounts, assisting with product adoption.
  • Build strong internal relationships with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell the hirify.global Platform.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a Partner facing role.
  • Proven commercial motivation with an ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Experience in using and analyzing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Mandatory Arabic speaking proficiency.
