Location: On-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Requires working from the office five days per week.

What you will do
- Meet key performance indicators on monetization and revenue growth by educating Partners.
- Proactively introduce, educate, and convert Partners to hirify.global’s payments solution.
- Optimise listing content and availability on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
- Act as a dedicated advisor for Partner accounts, assisting with product adoption.
- Build strong internal relationships with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams.
- Use consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell the hirify.global Platform.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a Partner facing role.
- Proven commercial motivation with an ability to adapt and achieve targets.
- Experience in using and analyzing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
- Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Mandatory Arabic speaking proficiency.
