What you will do
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify client needs.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of leads from prospection to qualification.
- Set up meetings between prospects and Sales or Account Managers.
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging discussions and presentations.
- Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
