What you will do
- Prospect for new customers and sell hirify.global solutions to new and strategic accounts.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling activities within strategic accounts.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Digital Transformation solutions.
- Investigate and understand internal business processes of potential clients.
- Demonstrate value through various communication channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Nurture opportunities and prepare customers for meaningful engagement with sales representatives.
Requirements
- 6 to 12 months of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in German and English are mandatory.
- Solution and Value Selling/Positioning Skills.
- Motivated self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to manage adversity and consult prospects.
