Inside Sales Business Development (DACH): Prospecting for new customers and driving bookings for hirify.global's Digital Transformation solutions in the DACH region, with an accent on business-to-business sales and growing pipeline across strategic accounts. Focus on identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, understanding client business processes, and positioning the value of digital transformation.

Location: Hybrid (3 office days per week in Barcelona, Spain)

What you will do

  • Prospect for new customers and sell hirify.global solutions to New Prospect Accounts and Global Strategic Accounts.
  • Conduct cross-selling and upselling activities in strategic accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for hirify.global’s Digital Transformation Solutions.
  • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients.
  • Demonstrate the value of hirify.global’s Digital Transformation solutions through various channels (phone calls, email, LinkedIn).
  • Nurture identified opportunities and prepare customers for engagement with sales representatives.

Requirements

  • 6 to 12 months of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in German and English are mandatory.
  • Motivated self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Solution and Value Selling/Positioning.
  • Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to manage adversity and consult prospects who may not yet recognize a need.
