TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (DACH): Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for Digital Transformation solutions with an accent on B2B sales and global strategic accounts. Focus on prospecting into whitespace accounts, engaging senior-level decision makers, and driving opportunities through the sales cycle.

Location: Hybrid working model (3 office days in Barcelona, Spain).

Salary: Competitive salary with commission structure.

What you will do

  • Prospect for new customers and sell hirify.global solutions to new and strategic accounts.
  • Engage in cross-selling and upselling activities within strategic accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Investigate and understand internal business processes of potential clients.
  • Demonstrate value through various communication channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Nurture opportunities and prepare customers for meaningful engagement with sales representatives.

Requirements

  • 6 to 12 months of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in German and English are mandatory.
  • Solution and Value Selling/Positioning Skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to manage adversity and consult prospects.
