hirify.global is hiring a senior individual contributor to own and scale their AWS hyperscaler partnership at a critical stage of enterprise growth.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end AWS partnership, with a primary focus on AWS Marketplace strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Build and maintain senior field relationships across AWS sales, specialist, and partner teams.
- Drive co-sell motions that accelerate enterprise pipeline and unblock large deals.
- Define how AWS partners engage with Cursor Sales, Solutions, and GTM teams.
- Personally execute early deals while establishing repeatable operating patterns.
- Track and report AWS-influenced pipeline, revenue, and deal velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or cloud GTM roles in enterprise software or AI.
- Deep, hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace and co-sell motions.
- Existing senior AWS relationships that can be activated quickly.
- Proven track record of using cloud partnerships to drive real enterprise revenue.
- Strong execution bias and comfort operating without heavy structure.
- Ability to work tightly with Sales, Solutions, and executive leadership.
