What you will do

• Define pilot scope and success criteria by partnering with customer sponsors and technical leads to translate goals into a concrete plan.
• Own and run the delivery plan, integrating milestones, dependencies, and execution rhythms across Applied, platform engineers, and customer teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making by leading internal and external working sessions, making tradeoffs explicit, and escalating crisply.
• Ensure enterprise readiness from day one by pressure-testing security posture, permissions, access boundaries, auditability, and deployment/infra requirements.
• Manage production adoption and value realization, driving onboarding, enablement, and change management for measurable impact.
• Run multiple concurrent deployments with rigor, maintaining clear status, risks, and mitigations, and continuously adjusting plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex, customer-facing technical delivery where outcomes were owned end-to-end in high-ambiguity environments.
• Deep credibility with senior technical stakeholders, able to whiteboard architectures and reason about enterprise deployment constraints.
• Strong instincts for enterprise security and governance, including permissions/RBAC, audit trails, and data access boundaries.
• Ops-first background (e.g., platform delivery leadership, technical program/delivery leadership, product/engineering operations) with a track record of driving execution through matrixed teams.
• Ability to communicate with executive presence, aligning sponsors and keeping teams focused under pressure.
• Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week in San Francisco or New York City is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
• Relocation assistance is offered to San Francisco or New York City.
