Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany, with team members coming into the office twice a week.

What you will do
- Present hirify.global's market-leading translation service to Corporate clients (500-5,000 employees) in the DACH region to eliminate language barriers.
- Qualify and convert leads, managing the entire sales cycle for potential new business and incoming customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Build a pipeline of new business and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage a large volume of inbound prospects and customers from qualification to close.
- Work closely with diverse, international teams from SDR to Marketing.
Requirements
- Experienced in Enterprise SaaS sales specifically into the DACH region with proven success selling to Corporate clients (500-5,000 employees).
- Experience selling into and expanding corporate accounts and winning new logos with emerging technologies.
- Known for consistently overachieving against sales quotas.
- Ability to collaborate with and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, able to shift priorities and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2) and German (C1/C2).
