Location: Hybrid in New York City (NYC), expecting office attendance a few times per week.
Salary: $80,000–$100,000

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Contribute to improving and documenting recruiting processes as the company scales.
- Learn sourcing fundamentals and build candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, Office Management, or an Administrative Assistant role.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Clear, professional written communication and a habit of over-communicating.
- High candidate empathy, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
- Expected to come to the New York HQ a few times per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with common ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
