What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Contribute to improving and documenting recruiting processes as the company scales.
• Learn sourcing fundamentals and build candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, Office Management, or an Administrative Assistant role.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear, professional written communication and a habit of over-communicating.
• High candidate empathy, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
• Expected to come to the New York HQ a few times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with common ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
