TL;DR

Lead Organizational Development Architect (AI): Building a global strategy and solutions to enhance the global interviewer capability and drive hiring excellence with an accent on designing the certification approach, building multi-persona enablement assets, and creating tracking and feedback loops. Focus on analyzing how AI is shifting roles and workflows, and designing org structures that optimize for human-AI collaboration and maximum productivity.

Location: Mountain View, California; New York City, New York; San Francisco, California; Seattle, Washington. While candidates in the listed location(s) are encouraged for this role, candidates in other locations will be considered.

Salary: $146,600—$201,650 USD

What you will do

  • Own the global roadmap for how to certify and enable interviewers.
  • Design career ladders that define the key capabilities for critical roles.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to embed success profiles into hiring workflows.
  • Lead the "Future of Work" conversation with the business and analyze how AI is shifting roles and workflows.
  • Design org structures that optimize for human-AI collaboration and maximum productivity.
  • Act as a consultative architect for senior leaders and People Partners.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience from a top management consulting firm or a hyper-growth tech environment.
  • Consultative with a business-first mindset.
  • Ability to deconstruct complex problems into a structured, multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Ability to influence VPs and SVPs, using a combination of business knowledge and data.
  • Deep curiosity about how AI is fundamentally changing job descriptions and organizational structures.
  • HR Domain Expertise: Org Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition.
