Compensation: $80,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end interview coordination across multiple roles and departments.
• Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruiting metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting workflow and implement solutions and automations.
• Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools.
• Project management experience.
• A love of music.
