What you will do

  • Create an organized, respectful, and intentional candidate experience as a primary touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine hiring processes.
  • Manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across technical and non-technical roles with care and precision.
  • Anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned.
  • Build strong recruiting foundations and gain exposure to hiring planning and scaling.

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; you are proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details.
  • A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments.
  • Clear, kind, and professional communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United States, specifically in New York or San Francisco for the stated salary range.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ashby and Workday.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
