What you will do
- Create an organized, respectful, and intentional candidate experience as a primary touchpoint.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine hiring processes.
- Manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across technical and non-technical roles with care and precision.
- Anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned.
- Build strong recruiting foundations and gain exposure to hiring planning and scaling.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; you are proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details.
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments.
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States, specifically in New York or San Francisco for the stated salary range.
