Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 a year

What you will do
- Source top talent for hard-to-fill technical, product, clinical, and specialized roles.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels.
- Conduct early signal screens to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines and reporting in Ashby ATS.
- Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach, representing hirify.global compellingly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience sourcing technical, product, clinical, or other hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of technical, product, and niche skill sets and market trends.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be within the San Francisco Bay Area.

- Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
- Hands-on experience using Ashby ATS.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
