Location: Hybrid. Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Expected to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Relocation assistance to the San Francisco Bay Area is provided.

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 a year

What you will do

• Source top talent for hard-to-fill technical, product, clinical, and specialized roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels.
• Conduct early signal screens to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines and reporting in Ashby ATS.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach, representing hirify.global compellingly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing technical, product, clinical, or other hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of identifying and engaging top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of technical, product, and niche skill sets and market trends.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be within the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Hands-on experience using Ashby ATS.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
