TL;DR

Senior Technical Recruiter: Scaling technical hiring and building foundational recruiting systems for a branded resale technology platform with an accent on operational rigor and human-centered hiring. Focus on owning full-cycle technical recruitment, designing equitable practices, and optimizing recruiting tech stack with automation and AI.

Salary: $140K – $175K • Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with the ability to flex into non-technical hiring.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define thoughtful hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative channel development.
  • Drive a high-signal process end-to-end including calibration, interview design, evaluation, candidate communication, closing, and offers.
  • Build scalable, structured recruiting practices and technical interview playbooks for consistency and efficiency.
  • Optimize and manage the recruiting tech stack (Ashby + tooling ecosystem) leveraging automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring across software and data roles.
  • Proven success recruiting in startup or high-growth environments, including senior ICs (Senior/Staff+) and technical leadership roles up to Director level.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships quickly and influence without authority.
  • Highly execution-oriented, organized, and experienced in operating in the flow of active searches.
  • Strong experience designing, implementing, and improving recruiting processes.
  • Technical fluency and comfort engaging with engineers and technical leaders.
  • Experience with Ashby (or similar ATS) and demonstrated use of AI-enabled recruiting workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States and have US work authorization.
