What you will do

  • Lead multi-year account strategies for strategic clients in ANZ to drive growth in Sales & Service bookings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional hirify.global teams (Consulting, Digital Delivery, Customer Success).
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch decks, linking product value to customer ROI.
  • Build and nurture senior-level client and industry networks to shape pipeline and growth.
  • Lead sales process excellence including forecasting and account planning for business predictability.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other tech tools for productivity and scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, with 8+ years in key account management, preferably in SaaS or digital solution and consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to construct value-based commercial proposals and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strategic insight to connect trends, signals, and customer needs to business strategy.
  • Deep familiarity with sales methodologies like Miller Heiman or frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Proficiency in using analytics, insights, and sales tech, with strong Salesforce rigor.
  • Executive presence to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
