What you will do

• Lead complex organizational design and operating model engagements.
• Shape OD approaches aligned to client strategy and operating environment.
• Lead the design of organizational structures, governance models, roles, and accountabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Executive and HR leaders.
• Own delivery quality and outcomes across OD engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop OD consultants across multiple engagements.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading organizational design and operating model work.
• Proven track record leading complex consulting programs or workstreams.
• Experience advising senior client stakeholders on organizational effectiveness.
• Background in consulting or senior in-house OD / transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
