TL;DR
Contract Coordinator (Talent Acquisition): Supporting the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment process with an accent on providing responsive customer service and managing documentation. Location: Hybrid, requiring onsite presence a minimum of 4 days weekly in Newport Beach, CA.
Salary: $4,480–$5,600 USD per month

What you will do
- Build and maintain candidate relationships by providing responsive and proactive customer service.
- Identify candidate needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
- Answer inbound candidate calls or respond to live chats.
- Document, track, and maintain records and engagement status in the applicant tracking system.
- Manage advertising response rates and make decisions on advertising placement.
- Manage, review, and send HR and recruiting-related correspondence to clients and candidates.
- Perform various administrative duties supporting the recruiting function.
Requirements
- Onsite a minimum of 4 days weekly in Newport Beach, CA, with ability to flex up to 5 days as needed.
- 2+ years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment.
- 2+ years of experience working with all Microsoft Office tools, with particular proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 2+ years of experience organizing and managing own workload with a focus on details and a sense of urgency.
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change.
- High School Diploma.

- RPO, corporate, or agency experience scheduling interviews and onboarding job candidates.
