What you will do

  • Build and maintain candidate relationships, providing proactive customer service via email, chat, and telephone.
  • Identify candidate needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
  • Document, track, and maintain records and requisition status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage advertising response rates and optimize ad placement based on candidate pipeline.
  • Manage, review, and send HR and recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates.
  • Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S. Mountain (MST) or Pacific (PST) time zone.
  • 2+ years of high-volume campus coordination experience, ideally within a financial services company.
  • Experience with RPO or corporate interview scheduling and candidate onboarding.
  • 2+ years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience in a team-oriented professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of experience organizing and managing workload with a focus on details and urgency.
