TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (Energy): Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and energy sector roles with an accent on consultative partnership with hiring managers and proactive candidate sourcing. Location: Must be based in Houston, TX (Hybrid: 2 times per month onsite).

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and provide consultative recruitment support.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and deploy targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract passive candidates.
  • Utilize sophisticated sourcing techniques including Boolean search and deep web research.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings.
  • Proven experience hiring in engineering, renewables, or energy storage sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in deep web sourcing and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Strong communication skills for navigating complex candidate and stakeholder conversations.
  • Must be based in or near Houston, TX for hybrid onsite requirements.
