What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support to clients and the team.
• Manage various stages of the executive search process to ensure high-quality client engagement.
• Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
• Inform the engagement team of potential business development opportunities and support their conversion.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
• Ability to make presentations at executive levels of client companies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, and accomplished individual.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.
