What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support to clients and engagement teams.
• Manage various stages of the executive search process to ensure the highest quality client engagement.
• Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates throughout the search, informing partners of progress and issues.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
• Identify potential business development opportunities and support partners in their conversion.
• Conduct interviews and referencing, including interpreting KF assessment products.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) and ability to make presentations at executive levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, accomplished, and detail-oriented with a relentless sense of ownership and urgency.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.
• Must work from the New York City office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• An MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent.
• Experienced user of KF assessment products.
