• Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team.

• Drive engineering excellence in processes and systems with engineering leaders.

Requirements

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required.
• 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead building highly scalable and reliable software.
• 5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• 5+ years experience building and managing fullstack and complex frontend applications using modern web technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular, Vuejs, Node, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go, JVM).
• Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable platform architectures, including distributed systems, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud based technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
