What you will do

  • Drive the organic growth of French domains, with a focus on SEO and editorial quality.
  • Lead the local SEO strategy, ensuring visibility and performance against competitors.
  • Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing Editorial Operations team.
  • Establish and improve processes, SOPs, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Analyze domain performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action swiftly.
  • Hire, coach, and develop talent, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, digital marketing, or e-commerce leadership.
  • Proven SEO and organic growth knowledge, with the ability to influence direction and execution.
  • Strong leadership track record in managing, motivating, and scaling teams.
  • Experience with strategic planning and operational execution at country level.
  • Proactive, persistent, and adaptable mindset in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • Fluent in French and English.
