What you will do
- Drive the organic growth of French domains, with a focus on SEO and editorial quality.
- Lead the local SEO strategy, ensuring visibility and performance against competitors.
- Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing Editorial Operations team.
- Establish and improve processes, SOPs, and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Analyze domain performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action swiftly.
- Hire, coach, and develop talent, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, digital marketing, or e-commerce leadership.
- Proven SEO and organic growth knowledge, with the ability to influence direction and execution.
- Strong leadership track record in managing, motivating, and scaling teams.
- Experience with strategic planning and operational execution at country level.
- Proactive, persistent, and adaptable mindset in fast-paced, competitive environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
