What you will do

  • Manage customer advocacy assets, including testimonials, quotes, and success stories, in close partnership with the Account Management team.
  • Coordinate the identification, collection, and validation of customer testimonials.
  • Coordinate and execute hirify.global’s Masterclass webinar series across North America and EMEA.
  • Manage operational setup for webinars, including campaign setup in Salesforce and HubSpot, registration workflows, and Zoom coordination.
  • Support logistical preparation for the Customer Advisory Board Summit.
  • Track program execution against defined objectives and support reporting to capture insights and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on campaign and project management.
  • Proven experience planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns, including customer-facing programs such as webinars, enablement initiatives, and advocacy.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and coordinate cross-functional contributors.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot is a must.
