TL;DR
Customer Success Intern (SaaS): Supporting client relationships and optimizing the customer engagement program with an accent on ESG data management and strategic roadshow operations. Focus on building standardized client materials, coordinating executive customer visits, and integrating AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Paris, London, or Montpellier (Hybrid)
Salary: €1,000 per month

What you will do
- Manage inbound client support requests via email and platform inquiries.
- Create and maintain client-facing content including webinars, newsletters, and slide templates.
- Support the planning and execution of the Customers’ Voice roadshow initiative.
- Coordinate customer visits and agendas with executive leadership.
- Analyze customer feedback to support the design of internal improvement programs.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, draft content, and improve decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in business, environmental science, sustainability, or related field.
- Must be able to work from Paris, London, or Montpellier.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge in ESG and carbon tracking.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional setting.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in French.
- Prior interest or experience in the SaaS industry.
