Customer Success Intern (ESG)

Location: Hybrid, focused around head offices in Paris, London, and Montpellier.

What you will do

• Handle inbound client requests and manage client calls.
• Create client-facing content like webinars, email campaigns, and newsletters.
• Develop standardized customer-facing materials, including guides and FAQs.
• Support the planning and execution of strategic customer visit initiatives (Roadshow).
• Coordinate customer visits and interview frameworks with executive sponsors.
• Analyze customer feedback to design improvement programs and provide product insights.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student seeking a 6-month internship in business, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in client-facing situations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge in ESG / carbon.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting.
