Location: Hybrid in Bordeaux, France (2 remote days a week, 1 remote week per quarter). Mandatory: Must be enrolled in a French student program providing an apprenticeship contract and be authorized to study/work in France.

What you will do
- Handle seller communication requests and collaborate on messaging, timing, and content across emails, banners, and the seller knowledge base.
- Implement and optimize automated email campaigns throughout the seller lifecycle, monitoring efficiency through KPIs.
- Support offline and online seller events, managing communications and tracking attendance.
- Drive tooling and process improvements, including optimizing Jira workflows, exploring AI opportunities, and enhancing CRM software.
- Deliver recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights from seller email performance using BigQuery, Tableau, or Google Sheets.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to hirify.global's tone of voice across all seller communications.
Requirements
- Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship (Master's Degree).
- English: C1+ (fully professional capability).
- Previous internship experience in Operations, Sales, Growth, or Marketing is preferred.
- Interest in the e-commerce, marketplace, or retail environment in Europe.
- Proficiency in data analysis with Excel/Google Sheets to build business insights.
- Organized, structured, detail-oriented with a strong can-do attitude.
