Senior Business Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (BFSI): Acting as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications and driving successful project delivery with an accent on understanding client needs and ensuring solution alignment. Focus on multi-project coordination, handling requirements for parallel projects, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Location: Onsite-Hybrid (2-3 days work from office) in Hartford County, Connecticut, USA

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for business requirements, conducting client meetings and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Handle requirements for multiple parallel projects, tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment across projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design feasible solutions and participate in sprint planning and UAT coordination.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and dashboards, maintaining requirement traceability matrix (RTM).

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Expertise in Client Interaction, Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Management, and Requirements documentation.
