Salary: $10,400–$11,200/month on W2 Only

What you will do

• Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for complex workflows and forms implemented using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Own end-to-end requirements development, including discovery, analysis, validation, and approval with stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes using process maps, narratives, and detailed functional specifications.
• Define advanced workflow requirements, including triggers, approvals, integrations, exception handling, and governance considerations.
• Partner with Power Platform developers and IT architects to ensure requirements are solution-ready and aligned with platform standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, recommending automation and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including ownership of complex requirements initiatives.
• Proven experience documenting workflows and forms for automation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Automate or similar enterprise workflow platforms.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting enterprise workflow modernization or migration efforts.
• Familiarity with business process management (BPM) frameworks and governance models.
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
