What you will do

• Support enterprise-scale data integration and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data engineers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Facilitate discussions with cross-functional stakeholder groups, including senior leaders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies using Agile project management tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, business analysis, or data project support within financial services.
• Strong experience working in investment banking or capital markets environments.
• Proven ability to work with complex data sets and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year data transformation programs.
• Strong experience creating process flows and data flow documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
