What you will do

• Act as a customer-facing leader, facilitating alignment and planning meetings.
• Support the management team in building and maintaining a consistent product development roadmap.
• Lead a Business Analysis team, managing workload distribution and delivery accountability.
• Coordinate BA and SA activities, aligning stakeholders, product, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Define and maintain payment orchestration logic across multiple PSPs.
• Collaborate with Project, Product, Architecture, Security and Compliance teams to design configuration-driven payment flows.

Requirements

• Experience in Business and/or System Analysis for 4+ years.
• Hands-on experience leading BA/SA teams with responsibility for task ownership and quality control.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills across business and technical teams in distributed US–EU environments.
• Proven experience working on complex fintech or payment platforms, including implementation of multiple PSPs.
• Strong understanding of payment orchestration or multi-PSP architectures.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating or orchestrating fraud and risk services.
• Project or resource management experience, including planning and Personal Development Plan (PDP) creation.
• Willingness and ability to attend project iteration planning workshops in the EU.
• Experience supporting payments operations, including reconciliation, disputes, and incident root-cause analysis.
